CURRICULUM
The curriculum used by Future School is under the responsibility of The Ministry of Education and Training. The Ministry of Education and Training (MOET, Vietnamese: Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo) is the government ministry responsible for the governance of general/academic education and higher education (training) in Vietnam. The primary school level starts for students whose ages are from 6 years - 11 years, from grade 1 to grade 5. The junior high school level consists of 4 grades, from grade 4 to grade 9, ages are from 11 years -15 years. The high school level includes three grades, from grade 10 to grade 12, ages from 15 years to 18 years.
Future School has a pre-school. Pre-school students at Future School range in age from 6 months to 5 years.
TEACHING PLAN RELATED TO MY MAJOR
One of the things I am grateful for about participating in SEA Teacher is that I got to meet a lot of great people. One of them is my supervisor, Ms. Yen. Ms. Yen is one of the lecturers at the Faculty of Mathematics - Informatics Teacher Education of Dong Thap University.
I gained a lot of valuable knowledge from Ms. Yen. She helped me in making Lesson Plan and PowerPoint presentation. I used her criticism and suggestions as evaluation materials and helped me to teach at Future School.
I was given the opportunity to teach 4 times. The first class was on October 2nd, 2023, Class 6C. On October 3rd-4th, 2023 I taught in Class 6D. The last class I taught at Future School was Class 8C on October 5th, 2023. Four days that were so memorable. Just for your information, out of 26 inbound students at DthU, I was the last student-teacher to teach at Future School.
